Wolf
Blass Wines was established in 1966 by our founder Wolf
Blass. He adopted the national symbol of his homeland, the
eagle, as his emblem and source of inspiration, which
takes pride of place on every bottle of Wolf Blass wine.
Today, Wolf Blass enjoys an international reputation as a
producer of some of Australia's great wines. |

Belonging
to the Red Label range, the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc
parcels were harvested and fermented separately to
retain the fresh fruit characters before final blending.
The Semillon contributes tropical fruit characters to the
wine, whilst the Sauvignon Blanc provides citrus aromas
and a crisp finish. This wine is best enjoyed now with
chicken dishes, especially those with Asian influences.
Screwcaps were used to ensure freshness and preserve the
character of the wine. |
