take care of Water-based Arrangements

Change
water and cut away 0.5cm of bottom stem
everyday. |

Place
the flowers under cool environment, ideally
between 8C to 11C. |

Keep
the flowers away from direct sunlight. |

Remove
excessive leaves if required. |

Lilies
will bloom in the next 2 to 5 days if they are
in buds. |

Remove
the pollens from the flower when the flower is
blooming. |

Stem
that is just below the flower is weak. It will
bend if water up-take is in efficient, and the flower
will droop as a result. |

When
the above happens, keep the flower and stem
straight and support the flower by wrapping around
it with paper. Place the stem back in the
water-filled vase for an hour. |

The
stem will be straightened and strengthened after
the flower has a good drink of water. |

received within the first three days. |
