In case when bouquets or arrangements posted on Jurliss Flowers website do not meet your unique requirement, we are pleased to receive your special requirement and give you a quotation in return. The following shows the 3-Step process on how customers can ask for quotation for arrangement based on their requirement, and how to make a purchase when given the quotation from Jurliss Flowers.
 
Step 1 : Ask for a Quotation
Select Quotation from the navigation bar and fill up the entry boxes with the required information in the on-line "Request for Quotation" form. Submit the form when done.
 
 
Step 2 : Receive the Quotation
Jurliss Flowers will send the quotation, which will be based on customer's requirement, to the customer through email. In the email, an unique Product Code that is corresponding to the customer's requirement will be quoted.
 
 
Step 3 : Exclusive Purchase
Once the Product Code has been received, customer may proceed to purchase the arrangement or bouquet designed based on their requirement.
 
Step 3.1
Select Exclusive Purchase from the navigation bar and enter the Product Code in the entry box of the Exclusive Purchase form.
 
 
Step 3.2
The quotation will be retrieved for your confirmation.
 
 
Step 3.3
Fill in delivery information in the "Delivery Information" Form.
 
 
Step 3.4
Confirm the delivery information that has been entered.
 
 
Step 3.5
Payment Form which is sent directly to you from the payment gateway WorldPay (UK) will be displayed, asking for your credit card information. Credit card information entered will be sent to WorldPay via the secure channel.
 
1. Customers may select the preferred currency at this payment form. Currencies supported are Euro, US Dollar, Pounds Sterling, Australian Dollar and Singapore Dollar. Currently, customers who are using American Express can only pay in US Dollar.
2. Credit card information includes credit card number, expiry date, and name of the credit card holder.
3. Credit card billing address of the credit card holder.
4. Click at the MAKE PAYMENT button after the payment form has been filled up.
 
 
Step 3.6
Upon successful credit card information verification and authorization, an on-line receipt will be displayed. Beside, customers will be receiving two receipts via email; one from the payment gateway and one from Jurliss Flowers (provided that the customer's email address has been entered correctly).
 
1. An unique Transaction ID will be assigned to this particular on-line transaction. To track the delivery status of this order, enter this Transaction ID at our Delivery Tracking Center.
