and safe. Your credit card information, e.g.
credit card number and expiry date, entered for
on-line transactions will be transmitted to the
payment gateway (WorldPay, UK) via a secure
channel. Your credit card information will
not be seen by Jurliss Flowers. |

are 6 simple steps
involved in conducting an on-line transaction with
Jurliss Flowers. |

1 : Select the Delivery Destination |
| At
the home page of www.jurliss.com,
select the destination where bouquet or
arrangement needs to be delivered. |

2 : Select the Package |
| Select
the package that you like most and click on the Order
button. For certain packages, customers are given
choices of different colors and number of stalks. |

3 : Enter Delivery Information |
| Enter
delivery information in entries of the on-line
"Delivery Information" form,
click on the Submit
button upon completion. |

4 : Confirm Delivery Information |
| Confirm
the delivery information entered in the "Delivery
Information" form, and click on the Confirm
button if information entered are correct. To make
amendment, go back to the "Delivery
Information" form by clicking on the Back
button on the browser. |

5 : Enter Credit Card Information |
| Enter
credit card information at the "Payment
Page", which is sent directly from the
payment gateway (WorldPay, UK). Credit card
information entered will be transmitted to the
payment gateway via the secure channel. That is,
credit card information is encrypted when
transmitted to the payment gateway through the
Internet. |

may select the preferred currency at this
payment form. Currencies supported are Euro,
US Dollar, Pounds
Sterling, Chinese Yuan, Australian
Dollar, Malaysian Ringgit and Singapore
Dollar. |

card information includes credit card
number, expiry date, and name of the
credit card holder. |

Credit
card billing address of the credit card
holder. |

on the MAKE
PAYMENT button after the
payment form has been filled up. |

6 : Issuing of Receipt |
| Upon
successful credit card information verification
and authorization, an on-line receipt will be
displayed. Beside, customers will be receiving two
receipts via email; one from the payment gateway
and one from Jurliss Flowers (provided that the
customer's email address has been entered
correctly). |

unique Transaction
ID will be assigned to this
particular on-line transaction. To track
the delivery status of this order, enter
this Transaction ID
at our Delivery
Tracking Center. |
