1. What is Request for Quotation?

If you have a special requirement that our bouquets or arrangements displayed in this website cannot meet, we welcome your request for quotation. Just fill in your contact and requirement in our Request for Quotation form, and we will reply you with a price.

 
2. How to request for a quotation from Jurliss Flowers?

Just fill up and submit the Request for Quotation form with your contact and special requirement, e.g. types, colors, number and arrangement of flowers. Once the quotation is ready, we will email the quoted price and the associated unique product code to you. To purchase this particular arrangement, enter the unique product code in the Exclusive Purchase form and you will be prompted to enter delivery and credit card information in subsequent pages in order to complete the on-line purchasing process. (see How to Ask for Quotation for more detail)

 
3. Any obligation associated with Request for Quotation?

Absolutely NO. It is our pleasure to serve the customers.

 
 
4. How long will the quotation valid for?

The quotation will valid for a year. However, the quotation will be invalidated, without prior notice, if there is change in cost of goods, e.g. increase in cost due to shortage in supply.

 
 
5. How do I know if the quotation has become invalid?

You will receive "Product Code not found" message when you enter the unique product code in the Exclusive Purchase form. This message indicates that the quotation has been invalidated and the associated unique product code has been removed from the database. To request for a new quotation, simply fill in and submit the Request for Quotation form again. We will be very pleased to give you a new quotation.

 
6. Can I ask for quotation for various designs with one Request for Quotation form?

It is advisable to submit one Request for Quotation form for each requested design. This is because an unique product code will be assigned to each particular design in order to facilitate on-line purchase.
