happen if I have entered a past date? e.g. instead of 25
Dec.2000, I entered 25 Oct.2000. You
will be notified about the mistake through email. You may choose to
cancel this particular order or send the correct
information to purchase@jurliss.com.
We will not process the order until the correct
information is received from you. |

What
happen if I have entered a wrong address of the recipient? Address
of the recipient is very important in ensuring prompt
delivery and for verification purposes. On top of
supplying the correct address of the recipient, customers
are also required to supply an accurate telephone number
of the recipient. With the correct telephone number, we
are able to verify with the recipient if the address given
is correct. If both the telephone number and address of
the recipient are incorrect, we will inform the sender
through email. The order will not be processed until the
correct information is received. |

What
happen if I have entered a wrong telephone number of the
recipient?
You
will be notified via email if the telephone number has
been confirmed as incorrect. |

What
happen if the recipient refuse to accept my bouquet of
flowers? Is the bouquet of flowers considered sold? Yes.
The bouquet of flowers is considered sold although the
recipient does not wish to accept your bouquet of flowers.
You will be notified about the delivery status via email
or you can check the delivery status at our Delivery
Tracking Center by entering the Transaction ID stated
on your receipt. |

What
happen if the recipient is not at home?
For delivery to the residential area, if
the recipient or the family members are not at home, the bouquet
will be placed outside the door of the designated address. |
