How does the delivery schedule look like?

The delivery schedules for cities under our coverage are shown as follows. Time and date mentioned below are the local time and date.

 
  • Delivery service available 7-Day-A-Week.

  • Same day afternoon delivery if order arrives before 12 noon.

  • Sunday delivery if order arrives before 9 a.m. on Saturday.

  • Holiday delivery if order arrives before 9 a.m. on the last working day.

  • Morning delivery is available if order is placed 2-day in advance.

  • Monday morning delivery if order arrives before 9 a.m. on Saturday.

Which are the cities does Jurliss Flowers delivery service currently cover?

Jurliss Flowers currently is able to deliver bouquets to

  • Singapore

  • All cities in China

  • Bangkok (Thailand)

However, we will continue to expand the coverage in order to serve our valued customers better.

Will Jurliss contact the recipient before delivery?

Unless is requested by the sender, we will not contact the recipient before delivery. As such, please kindly ensure that the address and telephone given to us are accurate.

What happen if I have entered a wrong address of the recipient?

If we cannot find the designation (e.g. unit number) in the given area, we will either contact the sender or the recipient for information. If both parties are uncontactable, the bouquet/arrangement/gift will be brought back to our shop. Re-delivery fee of S$15 is required.

 
5. What happen if I request for a delivery detour?

Delivery detour fee of S$15 is required.

 

6.

What happen if the recipient refuse to accept my bouquet of flowers? Is the bouquet of flowers considered sold?

Yes. The bouquet of flowers is considered sold although the recipient does not wish to accept your bouquet of flowers. You will be notified about the delivery status via email or you can check the delivery status at our Delivery Tracking Center by entering the Transaction ID stated on your receipt.

 
7. What happen if the recipient is not at home?

For delivery to the residential area, if the recipient or the family members are not at home, the bouquet will be placed outside the door of the designated address or ask the neighbour to take care. However, if the residential unit is not accessible due to security reason, e.g. security by access code or disallowed by the security personnel, the bouquet/arrangement/gift will be brought back to our shop. Re-delivery fee of S$15 is required.

8. Can I request for specific time delivery?

Yes, you can. However, specific time delivery subject to delivery availability and an minimum additional fee of S$25 is required.
