What
is the purpose of the Messaging Center?
The
purpose of the Messaging Center is to allow recipients to
send messages to the respective sender. Due to our privacy
policy, sender's contact information (except the name of
the sender) will not be printed on the Delivery Order. At
such, this Messaging Center is established to provide a
channel for the recipient to communicate with the sender. |

What
is required before one is allowed to send messages through
the messaging center? Recipient's
name and the Transaction ID (must be the same as that
printed on the Delivery Order) are required before the
messaging facility can be used. |

How
to receive reply from the sender? Basically,
the Messaging Center is an unidirectional communication
channel for the recipient to initiate the first contact
with the sender. The
sender have to reply your message via other means, for
example, via email or telephone call. |

How
do I know if the sender has received my message? Since
the Messaging Center is unable to track if the message has
been received by the sender, the only way to receive an
acknowledgement is to rely on the sender to acknowledge
your message via other means, e.g. via email or a
telephone call. |

Will
my message be stored or read by a third party? No.
Your message to the sender will be sent out through our
mail server. Your message will not be archived or read by
any third party. |

Can
the sender send message to the recipient through the
messaging center? No.
The messaging facility is only meant for the recipient to
contact the sender. |

Is this a free service? Yes.
This service provided by the Messaging Center is free of
charge. |
