1.

What is the purpose of the Messaging Center?

The purpose of the Messaging Center is to allow recipients to send messages to the respective sender. Due to our privacy policy, sender's contact information (except the name of the sender) will not be printed on the Delivery Order. At such, this Messaging Center is established to provide a channel for the recipient to communicate with the sender.

2.

What is required before one is allowed to send messages through the messaging center?

Recipient's name and the Transaction ID (must be the same as that printed on the Delivery Order) are required before the messaging facility can be used.

3.

How to receive reply from the sender?

Basically, the Messaging Center is an unidirectional communication channel for the recipient to initiate the first contact with the sender. The sender have to reply your message via other means, for example, via email or telephone call.

4.

How do I know if the sender has received my message?

Since the Messaging Center is unable to track if the message has been received by the sender, the only way to receive an acknowledgement is to rely on the sender to acknowledge your message via other means, e.g. via email or a telephone call.

5.

Will my message be stored or read by a third party?

No. Your message to the sender will be sent out through our mail server. Your message will not be archived or read by any third party.

6.

Can the sender send message to the recipient through the messaging center?

No. The messaging facility is only meant for the recipient to contact the sender.

7.

Is this a free service?

Yes. This service provided by the Messaging Center is free of charge.
