Recipient
does not satisfy with the bouquet delivered. |

If
the recipient does not satisfy with the bouquet
delivered due to un-fresh flowers, or dissatisfy
with the wrapping and arrangement, the customer
who orders the bouquet of flowers will be given
100% refund, provided that |

the
recipient returns the bouquet of flowers
to Jurliss Flowers or our Business Partner
at the address stated on the Delivery
Order, with intact condition. AND |

write
us a feedback
about yours or the recipient's
dissatisfaction. Please state the
Transaction ID, the sender and the
recipient's name in the Feedback Form.
This feedback will be used to help us to
improve our customer service. |

Unavailability
of flower types or colors
|

If the customer has
ordered the flower types or colors that are not
available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that
particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within
the specified time, the customer will be informed
and will be given 100% refund.

Destination of
delivery is beyond our coverage
|

Examples are islands
or areas that are not accessible by vehicles.
