What is the purpose of the Delivery Tracking Center?

Delivery Tracking Center serves two purposes; provides delivery status and transaction status of orders to customers.

What does "authorized", which reflected under the "Transaction Status", mean?

"Authorized" means your credit card issuing bank has verified that your credit card is valid and your credit limits has not been exceeded. Your use of your credit card for the particular purchase is approved.

What does "settled", which reflected under the "Transaction Status", mean?

"Settled" means fund from your credit card account has been transferred to your merchant's account, i.e. the merchant whom you have purchased goods from.

What is required in order to use the service provided by the Delivery Tracking Center?

Simply enter your name and the Transaction ID (both must be the same as that printed on your receipt) at the entries provided.

How can I track the delivery status if I lost my transaction ID?

Please contact enquiry@jurliss.com by quoting your name, name and telephone number of the recipient. The latter information is meant for verification.

What does the message "record archived", which is returned by the Center, mean?

All records of transactions that have been fulfilled, i.e. goods has been delivered and payment has been settled, will be archived after 14 days. Hence, the "record archived" message implies that goods has been delivered and payment has been settled.

Is this a free service?

Yes. This service provided by the Delivery Tracking Center is free of charge.
