Order Cancellation Policy
 

1.

To cancel the order, please call (65) 6788 5341 or (65) 6275 8221. Alternatively, may write to enquiry@jurliss.com

Customer will be informed through email if the order cancellation request has been accepted, although the notification may not be immediate.
   
3. The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows

Delivery Policy
 
1. Delivery service fee is included in the quoted price. Besides Singapore, delivery service fee only covers areas within or nearby the city. For places that are too far from the city, customers will be informed if additional delivery charge is required.
   
2. Delivery service available 7-Day-A-Week.
   
3. The delivery schedules for cities under our coverage are shown as follows. Time and date mentioned below are the local time and date.

  Mon ~ Fri : 10am ~ 6pm. Sat : 10am ~ 2pm. Excluding Public Holidays.
   
4. Customers are requested to provide the following information at the on-line order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment :
  • Name of the recipient
  • Address of the recipient
  • Telephone number of the recipient
    
5. Customers are requested to provide information related to themselves at the on-line delivery information form for the purpose of status feedback (e.g. delivery status) :
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
    
6. Bouquet will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However, due to unpredictable traffic condition and unforeseen circumstance, delivery arrival time may be out of the requested time range. So far, 98% of our delivery was done on time.
   
7. For delivery to the residential area, if the recipient or the family members are not at home, the bouquet will be placed outside the door of the designated address.
 
 

Refund Policy
 
Under the following circumstances, refund is possible :
   

1.

Cancellation of order. Please see Order Cancellation Policy for details.

   

2.

Recipient does not satisfy with the quality of the bouquet (e.g. freshness, packaging, or arrangement) on the day of delivery. Recipient is kindly requested to return the bouquet and the Delivery Order (DO) to Jurliss Flowers or to the address of our Business Partner stated on the DO. Recipient or the sender is requested to feedback the reason(s) of dissatisfaction using the on-line Feedback Form. Refund will only be processed when the feedback form is received and the ordered bouquet is returned in its original condition.

    
3. The colors and types of flowers ordered by the customer are not available. Although this kind of cases can be very rare, it can happen when the demand is high or the supply is low during a particular season.
   
4. Destination of delivery is far beyond our coverage.
   
Refunding process will be carried out within three days when one of the conditions stated above is satisfied. Fund will be credited into the credit card account that was debited.
   
   
Note : Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management.
 
 

Substitution Policy
 

1.

We will deliver the types, number of stalks and colors of main flowers that customers have ordered. However, the filler and wrapper used and the way the flowers is arranged may be slightly different from the image posted on the web. Although there may be slight difference in packaging, the end product will always be maintaining its professional standard, quality and value.

    

2.

In case of unavailability of flower types or colors that a customer has ordered, we will inform the customer of the unavailability and will give the customer a 100% refund. Reasons for unavailability of a particular flower type or color could be due to flood that causing shortage in supply.

Contact Information
1. All customer's contact information (i.e. customer's names, addresses and email of both the sender and recipient) entered during the purchase ordering process will be kept confidentially.
   
2. Only sufficient contact information will be printed on the Delivery Order for the purpose of delivery. The following contact information will not be printed on the Delivery Order :
  • Contact information of the sender
  • Email address of the recipient
    
3. All contact information collected will not be sold, leased or given away for free to any other third-parties.
    
4. Contact information of the sender will be used by Jurliss Flowers for the following purposes :

  • confirmation of order
  • delivery status update
   
Marketing related purpose
  • update on new products and services
  • highlight special offers
  • reminder of special occasions

Cookies
1. Cookies are small piece of information that is written into the customer's PC by our merchant server for the purpose of providing personalized services, e.g. greet the customer by name when the customer visiting our website.
   
Jurliss Flowers's merchant server only writes the sender's name back into the customer's PC (i.e. the sender's PC).
   
2. Cookies will not be written into the customer's PC until the customer has submitted the Delivery Information Form.
   
Cookie is now a common mechanism used by many on-line merchants or websites to identify their regular on-line customers.
 

Credit Points Policy
 

1.

The amount of credit points to be awarded to an introducer may be changed as and when required. The change will be reflected on the page that used for submitting recommendation.


Information Security Policy
 

1.

We, as a merchant, will not keep customer's credit card information. All credit card information (i.e. credit card number and expiry date) are entered by the customer directly into the online credit card payment form provided by the payment gateway, WorldPay*. These credit card information will then be sent directly to WorldPay via the SSL** secured channel.

   
* WorldPay, a renowned worldwide online payment gateway based in UK. WorldPay will safe-keep the credit card information for the purpose of processing online credit card transactions. This information is being stored in the Royal Bank of Scotland's datacenter which governed by the bank's security policies and procedures.
   
** SSL (Secure Socket Layer Encryption), is an industry standard security measures which is made available through your browser. As users enter the payment information, e.g. credit card information, at the online payment page, these information will be captured and encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.
   

2.

The safely kept credit card information by the payment gateway, WorldPay UK, will not be accessible by us, i.e. the merchant.


Terms and Conditions for Valentine's Period Delivery
 

1.

For delivery to offices, please ensure the office hour does not end before 6pm.

   

2.

For delivery to offices, please ensure the recipient is not a temporary staff who is not known by anyone in the office.
   

3.

The bouquet will be brought back if the security does not allow the delivery to enter the office building and the recipient is not contactable.
   

4.

For delivery to residential addresses, the bouquet will be placed outside the unit or handed to the security if there is no one at home.
   

5.

The bouquet will be brought back if the security does not allow the delivery to enter the residential area and the recipient is not contactable.
   

6.

All detours or re-delivery will be placed in low priority. They might be delivered after 6pm. Extra S$12 delivery fee applied for detours or re-delivery.
   

7.

Such areas as Jurong Island, Changi Airport/Cargo Centre, Ministries, Millitary Buildings, and high security areas will be excluded from the delivery coverage.
   

8.

Request for change of delivery information or message has to be raised 2 days before the date of delivery.
   

9.

Delivery status will not be made known until the return of the delivery service, i.e. after 6pm.
   

10.

All cheque and cash payments need to be settled 2 days before the date of delivery.
   

11.
